AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
, VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIR C OF THE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1, To vacate a 30 foot drainage and utility easement centered on the
concurrent lot line of Lots 28, 29, 1 and 2, Block 2, Commerce Park. +�
All lying in the South Half of Section 11, T-30, R-24, City of 1
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota. �
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH DAY OF
