' AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as Pollows
SECTION 1 That the City of Fridley is hereby authorized to convey to the
Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority the following described
property to wit�
All that part of Lot 7, B1ock 1, Fridley Plaza Center, Anoka County,
Minnesota lying easterly of the following described line
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 14, said Block 1, thence
North S4 degrees 58 minutes 45 seconds East, along the north line
of said Lot 14, a distance of 13 00 feet, to the point of beginning
of the line to be described, thence North 0 degrees 47 minutes 15
seconds East a distance of 213 23 feet to a point on the line common
to Lots 6 and 7, said Block 1, said point being 3 00 feet westerly
from the southeastexly corner of Lot 6, and said line there
terminating
Sub]ect to a permanent non-exclusive easement for parking ingress
and egress and other public purposes
SECTION 2. That in conjunction with the granting of this deed the City further
� waives pursuant to Section 211.05 of the City Code, any requirements
for subdivision approval, due to the fact that this conveyance is
consistent with the overall plan for the development of this area
and was tacitly approved by the City in 1982
