The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ortiain as follows:

SECI'ION 2.
To vacate the west 27 feet o£ a 57.5 foot existing east/west
easement on Iots 7 and 8, Block 4, Onaway Addition, generally
located at 7890 Hickory Street N.E.
Al1 lyim� in the South Half of Section 3, T-30, R-24, City
of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
The said vacation has been made in confornti�nce with Minnesota
Statutes and pursu�nt to Section 12. 07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amendecl.
