The City Council of the City of �idley does hereby oiclain as follows:
SECTION 1. To vacate all that �rt of Van Buren Street, now known as Dover
Street in the plat of Riverview Heights accoxrling to the plat
thereof on file and of recoitl in the office of the County Reco�ler
in and for Anoka County, Miruiesota, lyuzg Fasterly of a line drawn
fran the Northwesterly corner of Int 19, Block L to the
Southwesterly corner of Int 21, Block K and lying Westerly o£ a line
drawn from the Northeast corner of Int 22, Block L to the Southeast
corner of Lot 18, Block K, all in the plat of Riverview Heights.
Subject to an easement for walkway ptuposes wer the northerly
ten (10) feet of the southerly twenty (20) feet of the portion
of Ibver Street to be vacated.
S�bject to an easement for utility puLposes over the Southerly
twenty (20) feet of the portion of Dover Street to be vacated.
Also resexving an easement to Minn�asco over the Westerly
si�y (60) feet of all that part of Dover Street ly�r�g
Easterly of the Easterly line of Broad Avenue.
All lying in the South Half of Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be ancl is hereby vacated subject to the stipulation adopted
at the City Council meeting of Sune 17, 1991.
SEGTION 2. The said vacation has been made in confoxm��ce with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Chax'ter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
