Street in the plat of Riverview Heights aoc�rding to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recordex'
in and for Anoka CountY, Minnesota� lY�g E��xly of a line drawn
from the Nortrw�terlv �rner of Ir�t 19, Bloc3t L��e
Southwesterly cornez' of Ir�t 21, B1ocJc K arxi lying Westerly of a line
drawn fr�n the Northeast corner of Lat 22, Block L to the Southeast

Sub� ect to an easement for walkway purPose.s avex' the northerly
ten (10) feet of the southerly twentY (20) feet of the portion
of Dvver Street to be vacated.
