The City Council ❑f the City ❑f Fridley does hereby ❑rdain as
follows:
503.24. GAMBLING ENDORSEMENT
2. Regulations
Gambling endorsements ❑n ❑n-sale licenses shall be subject t❑ the
following regulations which shall be deemed as a part ❑f the
license. and failure ❑f compliance may constitute grounds for
adverse action as prescribed in the City Code.
A. IIse ❑f the licensed premises shall be by means ❑f a
State approved lease agreement between the licensee and
the licensed ❑rganization. A copy ❑f the lease shall
be filed with the City Clerk. and als❑ a copy must be
kept ❑n the premises and available for public
inspection upon request. Leases shall be governed by
the following:
(1} The ❑nly form ❑f gambling that shall be permitted
❑n the licensed premises shall be pull-tabs
approved by the State
(2} Pull-tabs shall ❑nly be sold from a booth used
solely by the licensed lawful gambling
❑rganization. and pull-tabs shall neither be sold
by employees ❑f the licensee ❑r sold from the bar
service area.
(3} The construction and maintenance ❑f the booth used
by the licensed lawful gambling ❑rganization shall
be the sole responsibility ❑f the licensed lawful
gambling ❑rganization.
