Ordinance No. 0997 07-20-1992ORDINANCE NO. 997 ORDINANCE DEDICATING CITY PROPERTY AS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES, COMMONLY KNOWN AS "REGIS LANE" The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows: SECTION l. The City of Fridley is fee owner of the following described property: Parcel l: Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 121, Anoka County, Minnesota. The City of Fridley hereby dedicates the property described in Section 2 as public right-of-way for street and utility purposes, and grants adjacent properties ingress and egress to said right-of-way. SECTION 4. The City of Fridley specifically grants an easement for ingress and egress and street purposes to Lots 1 and 2, Block l, Sullivan's Overlook, Anoka County, Minnesota, over property described in Section 2.
