RESOLUTION N0. HRA-2 - 1979
A RESOLUTION FOR OFFICIAL DETERMINATION TO ACQIIIRE REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has received, from HUD, a letter to proceed in
its "Large Family Homeownership Program",
WHEREAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Author�ty will be acquir�ng
substandard units, relocatrng occupants of those un�ts and demol�shing the
existing structures under th�s program.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make an offical determination on those properties
which will be sent a prelim m ary acquis�tion notice.
N�W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, that the properties located at 5832 University Avenue N.E. and
6025 - 3rd Street N.E. Fridley, MN being notified of preliminary acquis�tion
and w�ll receive proper notification of the appraisal and acquisition process.
