A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AN� REDEUELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY 1I0 INVEST HRA FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Housing and Rede�elopment Authority of the City of Fridley, here
�n after referred to as the A thortty, is a duly establ�shed non-profit
Corporation of the State of Minnesota; and
�IHEREAS, the Authority is rec�iving funds through an establ uhed tax
increment f�nance district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER by the Authority that the Director and/or
Executive Director or his assilgn shall be authorized to �nvest the above
noted Authority funds in acco�dance with accepted financial practices and
will inform the Author�ty of ihose investments �n a monthly report from the
Executive Director,
