A RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZI'�NG AN AMFNDfdFNT TO HRA - 7- 1980
WHERFAS, the Hous mg and Redevelopmeni Authority at �ts November 13, 1980,
meeting passed ResoluLiori HRA - 7- 1980; and
IJHEREAS, the Housing and Redeveiopment Author�ty placed a bond sales time
limit of up to January 15, 1°81; and
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council has author7zed a bond sale as requested
with the modificat�on oi oond s'�,ale bids to be approved on ,lanuary 19, 1981.
N04! THFREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Author�ty of
the City of Fridley to amend Resolu�ion FIP,A - 7- 19II0 by removing the
sentence "such bond sales shall take place before January 15, 1981."
