� A RESOLUTION AIITHORIZING THE JOINT INVESTMENT OF HRA FUNDS WITFI CITY FUNDS

WHEREAS, the Housing and Rede�elopment Authority is required by law to �nvest
its surplus funds in a manner that is financially responsible, and
WHERERS, by co-m�ngling HRA and Ctty funds for �nvestment prov�des more
flex�bility for higher investment returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE�, by the Hous�nq and Redevelopment Author�ty of
the C�ty of Fridley to authortze the use of HRA surplus funds to be �nvested
jointiy with the City of Fridley funds for the purpose of maximizing
investment returns ta the Housing Authority.
