A RESOLU7ION FOR OFFICIAL DETERMINATION TO ACQUIRE REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has rece�ved, from HUD, a letter to proceed in
its "Large Family Homeownership Program".
WHEREAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority will be acquiring
property in order to carry out said program.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make an official determinatton on those
properties which will be sent a preliminary acquisition notice.
NOW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED, by the Fridiey Housing and Redevelopment
Authortty, that the propert�es located at 5760 - 3rd Street N. E., Fridley,
Minnesota shall be acquired and that the Executive Director of the HRA shall
proceed with the said acquisition based upon appraisals and revtew appraisals
of said property.
