RESOLUTION N0. NRA-4 1981
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY APPROVING THE NEGOTiATION FOR ACQUISITION
OF 5760 - 3RD STREET NORTHEAST
WHEREAS, THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY HAS
APPROVED THE INITIAL NEGOTIATION FOR ACQUISITION OF 5760 - 3rd Street, N.E.
as the North 70' of Lots 4, 5, 6, Block 2 C�ty View
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has received on appraisal
and a review appraisal for the afore ment�oned property setting a value for
purchase at �i4,350; and
WHEREAS, in a negotiation meeting held with the property owners and the
Authority Staff on a purchase pr�ce of �14,350.00 was agreed to; and
WHEREAS, this price �ncludes the follow�ng cond�tions
l. The property owner will escrow �2,500.00 for the extension of sewer and
water to the property line; any excess w�ll 6e re�inbursed to the owner.
2. The property owner will pay the required �1,000,00 park fee stipulated by
the C�ty Counctl as a condttion of the owners request for lot spl�t.
3. The HRR will pay a pro rated share of real estate taxes as required 6y
HU� from the date of clos�ng.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the H.R.A. of the C�ty of Fridley that the
negotiated offer of $14,350.00 for the purchase of the property at 5760 - 3rd
Street, N.E., Fridley, Minnesota descr�bed above; and
BE IT F�RTHER RESOLVED, that the executive director have arawn for execution,
and execute necessary papers for purchase of siad described property,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE HOUSI G AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTNORITY OF THE CITY OF
