RESOLUTION DELAYING HRR ACTION FOR REDEVELOPf�ENT OF PHASE
2 OF THE TAX INCREMENT PLAN #1 OF THE MOORE LAKE
REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the Fr�dley C�ty
Council has approved the Nbore Lake Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Plan
#1 after holding required publ�c hearings, and
WHEREAS, residents of the Lynde-Polk area, at those hearings, have requested
a one year moratorium on Houstng Authority proinotion of development of phase
1 of the Tax Increment Plan for the purpose of invest�gating the potent�al
feasibility of a park, and
WHEREAS. the property requestetl for moratorium �s further descri6ed as
fallows.

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED, by the Hous�ng and Redevelopment Authority of

increment funds for development for a per�od of one (1) year from the date of
approval or the tax increment plan #1 on the above descr7bed property.
