WHEREAS, the Fridley Housing & Redevelo�nent Authority is the responsible
Agency for implanentation of the Center City Redevelopment District; and
WE�REAS, as g�rt of the Center City Redevelopment District, it is the
intent of the Authority to do certain public improvements in order to
generate development and provide for the health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Eridley; and
NOId, 'iHEREFORE� BE IT RFS�UID BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF ERIDLEY� MINNESOTA:
1, �at the Authority heretry petitions the City Council for Parking Lot
and related landscape improvenents associated wxth the Fridley Plaza
Office Building pro�ect.
2. �at the Authority request a waiving of its riyht to Public Hearing
for the improvenent allaaed under the normal procedures set forth in
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
3. That the Authority agrees to furnish funds for initial payments of
those improvements as petitioned above but reserves right to
negotiate with City Eor final distribution of funds.
