WHEREAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelojanent Authority has purchased the
residential property at 332 64th Avenue N.E, as part of the Center City
Redevelop[[tent District; and
WHEREAS, the land associated with this purchas has been deeded to the
Columbia Park Properties as a condition of the "Contract for Private
I�veloranent" betwePn the Fridley Housing and Redevelopn�ent Authority and the
Col�unbia Park Propexties; and
WHIItEAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority is tesponsible for
the renoval of the structure from the aboved noted property,
N�7W, 7iiEREFnRE BE IT RES�VED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Fridley, Nlinnesota:
� 1, That they herelx approve the sale of the single family stxucture
located on Lots 1, 2 and 3, and the I�7ortherly 7 1/2 feet of Lot 4,
except the Easterly 54 ft. thereof, Block 4, Ree's Addition to Fridley
__ Park, generally �scribed as 332 64th Avenue PL E„ Fridley, Minnesota.
2. That they hereby award the bid sale to Safeway Movers for 55,800.00
to move the sttucture from the above described site.
