BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Commissioners") of the
Housing and RedeveloFxnent Authonty in and for the City of Fndley, Minnesota
(the "AUthority"), as follaas:
SH(TLCRd 1. Recitals.
1.01. It has been proposed, with respect to the Authority's kedevelopment
Pro�ect No. 1, that (a) the Authority enlarge the Redevelapment Fro�ect area
ana amend the Modified Redevelopnent Plan relating thereto anci established
pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 462.411 to
462.716, inclusive, as amended, and that (b) the Authority amend the Tax
Increment Firr�ncing Plans relating to Tax Increr�ent Financing Districts Nos. 2
through 8 to reflect the revised pro7ect costs of the ModifiEd Redevelo�nent
Plan of Redevelopment Pro�ect No. 1 pursuant to and in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, as amer�ded
' (collectively, the "Proposec Amenc�nents").
1.02. This Authority has investigated the facts and has caused to be FreFared
with respect thereto the Proposed Amendments.
1.03. The Authority has performed all actions required by law to be performed
pnor to the adoption of the Proposed Amenc�nents.
1.04. The Board herehy detetmines that it is necessary and ir, the best
interest of the City anci the Authority at this time to approve the Proposed
Amenc�nents.

Subject to the finding, determination and approval thereof by the Fridley City
Council, the proposed amenc�nents of the Tax Increnent Financing Plans relating
to Tax Incr�nent Financing Districts Nos. 2 through 8, as presentecl to the
Authority on this date, are hereby approved by the Commissioners of the
Authority.
SIXTION 3. Approval of Et�larg�ent of Pro�ect Area and Amenauent of Modified
kedevelGxIDPnt Plan.
The proposed enlargement of the Redevelopment Pro�ect «rea and the amendment
' of the Modified Redevelo�nent Plan for Rec�evelopment Pro�ect No. 1, as
presented to the Authonty on this date, are hereby agproved and adoptec3 by
the Coirmiissioners of the Authority.
