WHFdtEAS, the Housing and Redevelognent Authority ("Authority") authorized the
execution of a contract with Short-Elliott-Fencuickson for the development of
the final plans for the improvenent channelizaticn of the Rice Creek Road from
T.H. 65 to Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to commence construction of the street
improv�nents.
K7W, ZI-III2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVEU that the Fridley Housin9 and Redevelopment
Authority hereby requests that the Friclley City Council authorize construction
of the street improvements to Rice Creek Road fron? T.H. 65 to Central Avenue
pursuant to Dep�rtment of Public Works pro7ect nimiber ST. 1988-2.
' BE IT FTJRTAII2 RESOLVED that the Fridley Housing and Rec3evelo��ment Authority
hereby approves and authorizes reimbursemer.t in an amount not to exceed
$110,100 to the City of Fridley, on a monthly basis, for the cost of the
street improvements to Rice Creek Road.
