' RESOLUTION OF THE SOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE FRIDLEY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT TO BARTON-ASCHMAN FOR THE
COST OF ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS,
CONTROLS. LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MODIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority ("Authority") retained the
consulting firm of Sarton-Aschman, Inc on May 14, 1987 to prepare detail
designs for Phase I plans for the University Avenue Corridor for an amount not
to exceed $44,600, and
WHEREAS, the Authority on February 11, 1988 authorized the amendment of the
contract with Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc for additional design services for
traffic signals, controls, lighting and landscape modifications of the Phase I
plans for the University Avenue Corridor; and
WHEREAS, Barton-Aschman submitted a budget amendment of $31,90D for the
additional design services authorized by the Authority
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Authority hereby approves and authorizes
additional reimbursement in an amount not to exceed $31,90D to Barton-Aschman,
Inc, for the cost of the additional design services
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
