' RESOLUTION N0. HRA 8- 1993
A RESOLUTION AUTAORIZING CERTAIN PAYMENTS UNDER THE
FRIDLEY HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN, HOME MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE
AND RENTAL REHABILITATZON LOAN PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners (the "Commissioners") of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota (the
"Authority") have established the Fridley Home Improvement Loan, Home Mortgage
Assistance, and Rental Rehabilitation Loan Programs (the "Program"), and
WHEREAS, the Authority has established the Program for the purpose of providing
deferred loans (the "Deferred Loans") to qualified borrowers as defined in the
respective Program documents, and
WHEREAS, the Authority has determined that in an effort to effectively and
efficiently administer the Program, it may be necessary to make Deferred Loans
to borrowers prior to the regular monthly meetings of the Authority
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Authority as follows
1 The Executive Director or Nousing Coordinator are hereby authorized to
approve Deferred Loans for the Program
1 2 Said approval shall constitute a commitment of funds on behalf of the
Authority and he sufficient evidence to prepare and disburse any checks,
drafts or withdrawal orders to fulfill these commitments

CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1993
