IT IS HEREBY RESOLUED that the FYidley State Bank is hereby designated as a
depository for the funds of this coxporation.

against the funds of this corporation on deposit with said bank shall be signed
by two of the following:

and that said bank is hereby fully authorized to pay ancl chasge to the account
