A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE DECERTIFICATION OF A PORTION OF
PARCEL 03-30-24-23-00003
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners (the Board) of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota (the
Authority) approved and forwarded to the City Council (the Council) of the
City of Fridley (the "City") the establishment of Housing Replacement District
No. 1 on September 14, 1995, pursuant to and in accordance with Laws of
Minnesota 1995, Chapter 264, Article 5, Sections 44 through 47, inclusive, as
amended, and as may be supplemented from time to time.
WHEREAS, the Authority has proposed decertification of the portion of parcel
03-30-24-23-0003 located within the Housing District and described on Exhibit
A attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of the Authority that
decertification of the portion of parcel 03-30-24-23-0003, as described on
Exhibit A attached hereto, be approved and forwarded to the Council of the
City for review and approval.
