A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY FOR LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION, AND
STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE 'rJ%TH AVENUE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley and Anoka County have cooperated to
complete a public improvement project to 57tn Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley opened bids on the project on April 30,
1998; and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid was $886,687.92.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fridley Housing and
Redevelopment Authority agrees to reimburse the City of Fridley up to
$109,972.50.
