RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RE-EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF THE PLAT OF
GATEWAY EAST ADDITION BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
1N AND FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Commissioners") of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota (the "Authority") as follows:
Section 1. Recitals.
1.01. The Authority has heretofore executed the proposed Plat of Gateway East Addition (the
"Plat").
1.02. The Plat was submitted for approval to the County Surveyor, Anoka, Minnesota (the "County
Surveyor") and to the Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Registrar of Titles"). The
County Surveyor and Registrar of Titles stated that the Plat would not be accepted for recording until
clarifying revisions were made.
1.03. In response to the comments of the County Surveyor and the Registrar of Titles, the developer
of the land described in the Plat (the "Developer") made clarifying revisions to the legal description
included in the Plat. The revised description appears on the first page of the Plat, which page was
heretofore executed by the Authority. The revisions accordingly necessitate that the Plat be re-
executed by the Authority.
1.04. In order to proceed with a closing on the sale of certain land included in the Plat, the Developer
resubmitted the Plat for immediate re-execution by one of the Authority's Commissioners.
Section 2. Findin�s.
2.01. The Authority hereby finds that the revisions made to the Plat are for clarification only and were
included in response to the County Surveyor's and the Registrar of Titles' requirements.
2.02. The Authority hereby approves and ratifies the execution of the Plat by Commissioner J. Bajwa
on March 19, 2002.
