BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Contmisstoners") of tlie Housmg and

The Authortty is authonzed by Mim7esota Statutes SecUon 469 033 to adopt a levy on all taxable
property withm its area of ope�ahon, whtch ts the City of Fridley Mmnesota (tlic "C�ty")
The Authonty ts authorized to use the amowits collected by the fevy for lhe purposes of Mmnesota
Statutes Sections 469 001 to 469 047 (the "General Lew")
