Redevelopment Authorrty m and for the City of Fridley (the "Authority") as follows

1 O1 Aileen M Pawlulc, a smgle person (the "Owner') is the fee owner of the real
property located at 5931 3`d Street NE (the "Property") and legally descrsbed Lot 24, Block 12,
Hyde Park. Anoka County, Mmnesota
1 02 At their June 3, 2004 meehng, the Authonty approved an offer to voluntanly
acquire the Property fxom the Ownex m the amount of $92,000, plus provide addrtional finanmal
assistance as required under the federal Umform Relocation Act

2 O1 The Authority hereby finds that acquisrtion of the Property and execution of a
purchase agreement (the "AgreemenY') with the Owner furthers the goals and ob�cctives of the
