REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA AND GILMORE CONSTRUCTION, INC.

SE IT RESOLVED l�y the BQard of Commissioners (the "Commissioners") of the Housmg and
Redevelopment Authority m and for the City of Fndley, Mmnesota (the "Authorrty") as follows
Section 1 Recitals
1 O1 It has been proposed that the Authority enter mto a Contract For Pnvate Redevelopment (the
"ContracY"} wrth Gilmoxe Construchon, Inc (the "Redeveloper"}
Section 2 Fmdmgs
2 O1 The Authority hereby finds that it has approved and adopted a development program known
as the Modified Redevelopment Plan for its Redevelopment Pro�ect No 1(Yhe
"Redevelopment Program") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 5ection 469 001 et seq
2 02 The Authority hereby finds that rt has approved and adopted a Housmg Replacement Districi
Plan (the "Plan") and created Housmg Replacement Distnct No 1, pursuant lo and m
accordance with Laws of Mmnesota 1995, Chapter 264, Arlicle 5, Sections 44 through 47,
mclusive, as amended and supplemented from hme to hme
2 03 The Authonty hereby finds that rt has performed all actions reqLUred by the applicable
Mmnesota 5tatutes and has approved the sale of property that is sub�ect to the terms of the
Contract
2.04 The Authority hexeby finds that the Contraci promotes the ob�ectives as outhned m its
Redevelopment Program and the Plan
Sechon 3 Authonzahon for Execuhon and Dehvery of the Contract
3 O1 The Chaixman and the Executive DixecCor of the AuChonty (the "Officers") are hereby
authorized to execute and dehver the Contract with such addrtions and modifications
as ihe Officers may deem desirable or necessary as evidenced by their execurion
