A RESOLUTiON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DEiIVERY OF A
CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT BY AND BETWEEN HOUS[NG
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY �RIDL�Y AND
FRIDLEY ASSISTED LIV[NG, LLC
BE IT RES�L,VED by the Board of Commissianers (t�e "Camrr�issianers") of Hausing and
Rede�elopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota (the "Authority") as fallows:
Section 1. Recitals.
1.01. it has been propased tha�t the Authority enter into a Contract for Pri�ate Rede�elopment {the
"Contract") with Fridley Assisted Li�ing, LLC, a limited liability company (th� "Rede�eloper").
Sec�ion 2. Findinqs.
2.01. The Authority hereby finds tha� t�e Contract promotes fihe objecti�es as aufilined in its
Rede�elopment Plan established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, S�ction 469.001 et se�}c,.
Section 3. Authorization for Execution and Deli�erv.
3.01. The Chairman and the Executi�e Direcior (the "Officers") are hereby authoriz�d to execute
and de�iver the Contract when the foliowing condi#ions are met:
Substantial conformance to the Contract presented to the Authority as of �his date with such
adc�itions and madifications as the Officers may deem desirable ar r�ECessary as e�idenced by the
execution thereof;
Adopted by the Baard of Commissioners of the Authority this 6th day of May, 201 �.
