I, Darin R. Nelson, do hereby certify ihat I arr� Finance Director-Treasurer of the Housing azad
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, a corporation organized under t�e laws of
the Sta�e of Minnesota. I fiuther certify that at a meeting of said co�poraiion duly and praperly
cailed and held on the 6th of January, 2011, the following resolution was passecl, that a quorum
was present af said meeting, and that said resoiution is set fort�i in the minutes of the meeting and
has n.at beerz rescinded or modified.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota N.A. is hereby designated as a
depasitozy far tiie funds of this corporation.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that chec�CS, drafts, or other witi�drawal orders issuec� against ihe
f�nds of this corporation on deposit with said bank sha11 be signed by two of the following:
