A RESOLUTION ENABLING APP4INTED OFFICALS OF THE FRIDLEY HRA TO
BE COVERED BY THE MINNESOTA WORKERS' C4MPENSATION LAW AS
EMPLOYEES OF TI�E FRIDLEY HRA
WHEREAS, the law ena�les eleeted ox appointed o�ficials af the City to be covered under
workers' campensation; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Fridley Housing and Recl.evelopzxaent, in and for the City of
Fridley, that the Commissioners be included as employees of the Fridley HRA.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners of the Fridley Housing and
Redevelopment Auti�ority, in and far the City of Fridley, be hereby covered by the Minnesota
Workers' Compensation Law:
