In your copy;of,the Ordina.nce providing for a Planned Development District
as forwaxded to you by the City Attr�rney, please note that there are blanks
in this Ordinance that will need to be filled in. If you have any sugges-
tions for filling in these blanks, do so for the meeting.
2. DISCUSSION DRAFTs REVISION OF BUILDING APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:�
The City Attorney will be at the meeting,and will have a proposal ia
writing to discuss with you. If I am x�ot mistaken, this will be designed
to effectuate the requixements for planned development districts4through
the power to withhold the building permit, if it appears the deve,�oper
is not meeting the requirements as.set forth in the Ordinance.
3: PROPOSED_AMENT�IENT TO ORD7NANCE ��295: PROBLEM OF PARKLD VEHICLES
The City.Attorr.ey advises that he also will have material ready for
disc�ssion with you relative t�o this matter at the meeting.
� 4. SPECTAL USE PFIiMITS: POSSIBLE GUIDE LINES TO BE INCORPORATED IN CHAPTER 45:
The City Attoxney advises that he will discuss this further with you,
although I do.not belieye he will have anything ready in writing at this
time. You may recall that this matter of special use permits in the zoniag
ordinance was.discussed briefly at a previous.meeting, principally along
� the line that the ordinance does not provide any guide line either for tYie
Planning Camm�ssion or the City Council to deny the special use permit.
5. REORGANIZATION OF PLANNING C01�1ISSION: COUNCIL REQUESTS PROPOSAL FROM
CONINLLSSION: '
At the Council meeting of July 5, 1966, the Council discussed reorgaaizatioa
� of the Planning.Commission briefly. Councilman Iiarris will prepare a
proposal for the Council meeting of J'uly 18, 1966, and the Council expressed
a desire.to have the Planning Commission prepare a proposal that can be
presented� to �fihe Cotiincil at the July 18th meeting.
