The following are the results on the rest of Section 3.
3.7
3.7 (1) -(6) Too vague. Need measureable criteria.
3.7 (7) May be more suitable in permitted uses.
Add
3.7 (8) All parking areas and driveways sF�all be hard surfaced and
all storage areas shall have dust proof surfaces.
3.8 (5) We prefer the wording of the present 45.201.
3.8 (7) •Start within 90 days.
3.8 (9) Change to "Alterations made to a building containing lawful,
non-conform�.ng residential units shall not increase the
number of dwelling units."
3.8 (12) We particularly like this.
3.8 (13) b Add"permission to install signs permitted as conforming
uses in the new zoning"if this is more liberal. �
3.9 & 3.10 Discussion deferred until wording is supplied.

3.6 (2A) When request is made for rezoning, application for new certificate(s;
of accupancy for any building(s) existing at the time of applica-
tion, shall be made. The necessary inspections relative to these
certificates sha11 be made and a report of the inspections shall be
made before consideration of the rezoning peti�ion by the Planning
- Co�nission.
