The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Zeglen at 8:20 P.M.

Acting -Chairman 2eglen e�lainee3 to the audience that three of the
membexs were out of tawu and one was unable to come. He regretted the people
were put to the iaconvenience of coming to the meeting without notification
of a lack of a quo�um.
He asked the audience if it would be too much o� a delay to wait two
weeks for the next regular meeting of the Pianning Co�ission or, in the
event it would�4nconvenient, the Planning Commission could call a special
� meetiag next week.
1�r: i3i.aia� Edmund�on, represeatixzg the request for a Special Use Permit,
SP �72-i2, to �uil.d s home for the haudicapped on Lot 26, Revised Auditor's
Subdivision �1�, said t3�t he felt the request was iffiportant enough to have
all the ��ars here. Se then asked if aay of the members of the Planning Com-
miss�on members had v�isited flne of t�e hc�es �c�upied by the har►dicapped.
Mr. Clark said that he called the Viliage taf 9i�toxia. They reported
ti�y hav� ha+d �o troubie with the home.

- Charles Jordati, the petitioner for the r�equsst for a Special Use Permit,
SP ��72-19, to continue a service station and permi� t�e ad�ition of U-Haul
rentals, said it was up to the discretion of the Planning Commission and he
would go along w�.t� thEi� decision.
Mr, C�ri�tt�;pher Aasland, 1�30 69t� Avenue: Se said he would be in
Calif�rnia two w�e� �s�t �ow• �ao weeks ago he e�pressed his opposition to
the reqaaest pretty tteoro�lgh�g. �ie would nvw �ffia�ce a reqaest that at the next
meeting it be recozded he is 3n opposit�on to the r�uest.
