RESOLUTION NO. 3 - 1959
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AGREEMENT
WITH RICE CREEK DEVELOPERS IN BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, as follows:
Section 1. That the City does on its part
hereby approve that certain street construction
agreed to be made and handled by the Rice Creek
Developers, Inc., in accordance and with agree -
ment attached hereto and does hereby authorize
and directthe Mayor and the City Manager to sign
the same on behalf of the City.
Section 2. That the bond furnished to the City
in accordance with said agreement shall be de-
posited with the City Treasurer and held by the
City Treasurer in safe keeping until otherwise
directed by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF JANUARY,1959
BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
