RESOLUTION NO. 5 - 1959
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ALTERNATE REPRE-
SENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY ON THE
SUBURBAN GAS AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Fridley as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager, Clarence E.
Maddy, be and is hereby designated as the alter-
nate representative of the City of Fridley to
the Suburban Gas Agency.
Section 2. That said alternate representative
shall at the Board Meetings of said Agency and
in the absence of the regular representative
of the City, act in his place and be allowed
to participate and vote for the City of Fridley
in all matters before the Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1959
