RESOLUTION NO. 9 - 1959
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY TO VACATE THE ROAD ON THE
EASTERN THIRTY -THREE FEET OF LOT SIX
SECOND REVISION AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION
NO. 21, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, BEING
A PORTION OF LUCIA LANE ABUTTING SAID
LOT SIX.
WHEREAS, all of the owners abutting the street
just described have petitioned for the vacation
of said street, and
WHEREAS, the matter is of public interest that
necessitates a public hearing, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, that the
Petition of Wyman Smith and Grace N. Smith, his wife, to
vacate the said road be placed on file with the City Clerk
and that the City Manager publish forthwith a Notice
running for a period of four (4) weeks that a public
hearing will be held on said matter and that the petitioners
will be heard and the matter considered on the 14th day of
April, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,1959
