RESOLUTION NO. 100 - 1959
A RESOLUTION MAKING TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized
certain expenditures beyond the budgeted amounts allocated
to the various departments of the City's General Government
including salary adjustments and other expenses not previously
anticipated in the 1959 Budget, and
WHEREAS, the Actual Revenue collected by the City of
Fridley exceeds the estimated revenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of
the City of Fridley, meeting at a Regular Session on the 8th
day of October, 1959, as follows:
1. That there be transferred from the Emergency Appropriation
account of the General Fund to the other activities of the
City, as follows:
Mayor and Council $ 1,645.00
Manager 2,975.00
Municipal Court 200.00
Finance 1,400.00
Public Safety 1,220.00
Protective Inspection 4,560.00
2. That there be transferred from the Unappropriated Surplus
to certain activities of the General Fund of the City as
follows:
Protective I spection $ 2,715.00
Highway n 14,790.00
sanitation & Waste 350.00
Removal
Recreation and Parks 540.00
3. That the transfer from the Municipal Liquor Dispensary Fund
to the General Fund in the amount of $40,000.00 as provided
for in the 1959 Budget is hereby approved and confirmed.
