A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS OF
LAYOUT 8A, VICINITY OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE FROM
45TH AVENUE N.E. TO OSBORNE ROAD,
' WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared pre-
liminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway
Number 156 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 56 within the
corporate limits of the City of Fridley from the South Corpor-
ate limits of the City to Osborne Road; and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office
of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being
marked, labeled, and identified as Layout 8A, Vicinity of
University Avenue from 45th Avenue N.E. to Osborne Road, S.P.
0205 -07 (T.H. 56 - 156); and -
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked,
labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the
City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter
used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and in-
tended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the preliminary plans
as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described; --
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans
for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 156 renumbered
Trunk Highway Number 56 within the limits of the City of
Fridley be and hereby are approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TR DAY OF NOVEMBER,
1959, BY THE CITY COUNCIL,CITY OF FRIDLEY.
