RESOLUTION NO. 114 - 1959
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS, THEREOF: ( LYNDALE BUILDERS
4TH ADDITION )
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley,
as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and
the property owners affected that there be con-
structed certain improvements, towit:
_ a. Street improvement including base, bituminous
surfacing and asphalt curbs on the following
streets and ways:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM
1. 54th Avenue from 7th Street to Madison
Street.
2. 7th Street from 54th Avenue to Cheri
Lane.
3. Madison Street from 54th Avenue to Cheri
Lane.
4. Cheri Circle (All)
5. Cheri Lane from 7th Street to Monroe
6. Monroe Street from Cheri Lane to Highway
# 100.
7. 7th Street from 54th Avenue to Highway # 100.

That the Director of Public Works hereby authorized and
directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate
the results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements, and
to make a preliminary report of his or their findings to the Council
not later than at their earliest convenience.

21ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1959.
