RESOLUTION NO. 21 - 1959
RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY
OF AND TO ESTABLISH A PUBLIC STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it is deemed necessary to the
needs and interests of the City of Fridley
and the public that a public street be
established over and upon the West 22 ft,
of the North 285 feet of Lot 14, Brookview
Addition, and also a strip of land 8 feet
wide adjacent to and lying immediately west
of said parcel above described, said 8 foot
wide strip lying between said Lot 14, in
Brookview Addition and State Highway # 65.
All of the same to provide a 30 foot strip
of land for street purposes.
2. That the City shall proceed with the
acquisition of said land by purchase,
condemnation or otherwise, to make the
said land available for street purposes
and also any utilities that might be
installed therein or thereon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF MARCH,
1959 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY .
