RESOLUTION NO. 23 - 1959
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COTS THEREOF: FOR WATER AND
SEWER LATERALS AND STREET SURFACING
ON LOGAN PARKWAY AND GLEN CREEK ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the
City and the property owners affected
that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, to wit:-
a. Sewer laterals, sewer services and
appurtenances to serve the following
area.
1. The Oak Creek Addition, the Oak
Creek Addition Plat # 2, the
Mississippi View Addition and Lot
36 and 38, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 77.
b. Sanitary Sewer lines, service connections
and appurtenances to serve the following
area:
1. Same as item (a) above.
C, Street Surfacing including asphaltic
curbs in the following streets and areas.
1. The same as item (a) above.
That Comstock & Davis,Engineering Co.Inc., and the
Director of Public Works are hereby authorized and directed to draw
preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results
of his or their estimates of the costs of said improvements, and to
make a preliminary report of his or their findings to the Council
not later than at their earliest convenience.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
