A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PETITION IN REQUESTING
VACATION OF 76TH WAY, 77TH WAY AND PART
OF ALDEN WAY FOR MAY 28, 1959.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
That the Council will meet and hold a
hearing on the 28th day of May, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
in the City Hall of said City of Fridley to consider petition
dated April 22, 1959, requesting the vacating, disclaiming and
abandoning of all or part of the following named public street
or right of way, towit:-
a. 76th Way N.E., as the same extends from
the Mississippi River east to the East
River Road.
b. 77th,Way N.E., as the same extends from
the Mississippi River east to the East
River Road,
d.,, Alden Way N.E., (as extended - - being
the public road between Riverside Plat
No. 1 and Revised Auditor's Subdivision
No. 77) as the same lies between 76th Way
N.E. on the South end and 77th Way N.E.
on the North end.
The City Manager is directed to give proper
notice of such meeting, by publication in the Fridley News, the
first publication to take place not later than the 30th day of
April, 1959, and the second publication to take place one week
after the first.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF APRIL,
1959 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
