A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: FOR THE PROPOSED
STORM SEWER SYSTEM SERVING THE AREAS
EAST AND WEST OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE NORTH
OF HIGHWAY # 100.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the
City and the property owners affected
that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, towit:-
a. Storm drainage pipes, catch basins
and appurtenances serving the following
area:
1. The area bounded general]Y by
Highway # 100 on the South, the
Great Northern Railroad Tracks
on the west, Mississippi Street,
64th Avenue, and 61st Avenue on
the North and by Jackson Street
and the extended line of Jackson
Street on the East.
That the firm of Comstock & Davis Engineering
Company, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to draw
preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the
results of his or their estimates-of the costs of said improve-
ments, and to make a preliminary report of his or their findings
to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 23rd DAY OF APRIL, 1959.
