RESOLUTION # 27 - 1959
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISVTNG THE EAST PORTION OF THE RIGHT OF WAY
OF MAIN STREET FROM 45"H AVENUE TO HIGHWAY # 100 AS A RESIDENTIAL
STREET AND THE WEST PORTION THEREOF AS AN INDUSTRIAL THOROUGHFARE.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follows:
section 1. That to preserve so far as practical the residential
character of the properties on the east side of Main
Street and to provide for the street needs of the
industrial properties on the west side, the east portion
of the right of way of Main Street from 45th Avenue
to Highway # 100 is hereby established as a residential
street and the west portion thereof is established
as an industrial thoroughfare and the right of way
shall be established as necessary to provide the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
