A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PETITION IN REQUESTING VACATION OF UTILITIES
EASEMENT ACROSS LOT 34, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION
# 77 AND SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING JUNE 25,1959.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the,City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
That the Council will meet and hold a Hearing
on the 25th day of June, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
in the City Hall of said City of Fridley to consider
petition requesting the vacating, disclaiming and abandoning
of all or part of the following named public street or right
of way, tawit:
1. That public easement dated October 5, 19570
and filed for record February 6, 1958, in
Book 410, on page 217, and over and across
the north ten (10) feet of the west 350.10
feet of Lot thirty -four (34), Revised Auditor's
Subdivision # 77, Anoka County, according to
the map or plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds in.and for
Anoka County, Minnesota.
The,City Manager is directed to give proper notice
of such meeting, by publication in the Fridley News, the
first publication to take place not later than the 21st
day of May, 1959, and the second publication to take place
one week after the first.
