A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEADING ON THE
MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVE-
MENTS.
' WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements
is deemed to be in the interest of the City of Fridley
and the property owners affected thereby,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, as follows:
1. That this Council will meet on the 18th day of
June, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the City
Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of
holding a Public Hearing on the improvements
noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference, Exhibit "A ".
2. That the area proposed to be assessed for said
improvements and each of them as noted in said
notice are all the lands and areas as -noted in
said notice: all of the same to be assessed
proportionately according to the benefits
received.
3. That the City Manager is authorized and directed
to give notice of such public hearing by publish-
ing a notice thereof in the official newspaper
of the City of Fridley according to law, such
notice to be substantially in the form and sub -
stance of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit
"A ", each of the improvements to be treated
separately or as the Council shall otherwise
hereinafter designate.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROMTENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEi'my GIVEN THAT on the 18th day
of June, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at
' the City Hall in said City, and will at said time and place hear all
parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction
in the lands and streets noted below of the following:

The area proposed to be assessed for improvements is as follows:
All of
the lots and tracts of land abutting thereon
and all of the
Lots and Tracts of Land lying within one/half block
on either side
thereof. All of said lands to be assessed proportionately
according
to the benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each
of said improvements
as separate
improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by the
Council, all under the following authority, towit:
Minnesota Laws 1953
Chapter 398
and laws amendatory thereof and in conformity with the
City Charter.
