RES 1959-43 - 000130200 RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 1959 A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PETITION IN REQUESTING VACATION OF COMMERCIAL AVENUE OTHERWISE KNOWN AS 58th AVENUE BETWEEN 6TH AND 7TH STREET AND SETTING HEARING DATE FOR JULY 23, 1959. BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota; as follows: That the Council will meet and hold a Hearing on the 23rd day of July, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the City Hall of said City of Fridley to consider petition requesting the vacating, disclaiming and abandoning of all or part of the following named public street or right of way, to wit: 1. The north half (N ')I) of Commercial Avenue, as laid out in the plat of Hyde Park lying between Charlton Avenue on the West side and Washington Street on the East side, Which premises are the same as the South thirty feet (301) of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 6, Bonny Addition, said street being otherwise known as 58th Avenue between 6th Street and 7th Street. The City Manager is directed to give proper notice of such meeting, by publication in the Fridley News, the first publication to take place not later than the 18th day of June, 1959, and the second publication to take place one week after the first.
