RESOLUTION NO. 46 - 1959
A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PETITION IN REQUESTING VACATION OF: ( AN
ALLEY ADJOINING LOTS 9, 10, and 12, BLOCK 4,
OSTMAN'S 3RD ADDITION AND ADJOINING LOT 1, 2, 34,
and 4, BLOCK 14, CAMP HOWARD & HUSH'S FIRST
ADDITION TO FRIDLEY PARK FOR JULY 23, 1959.)
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
That the Council will meet and hold a hearing on
the 23rd day of July, 1959, in the City Hall of said City
of Fridley toconsider petition requesting the vacating,
disclaiming and abandoning of all or part of the following
named public street or right of way, towit:
1. That portion of the alley in the rear of or
west of Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 14, Camp
Howard and Hush's, lst Addition to Fridley
Park which lies South of the North line ex-
tended of Lot 1, Block 14, of said Addition
and North of the South line extended of Lot 4,
Block 14, of said Addition in Anoka County,
Minnesota.
The City Manager is directed to give proper notice
of such meeting, by publication in the Fridley News, the
first publication to take place not later than the 2nd day
of July, 1959, and the second publication to take place
one week after the first.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF JUNE, 1959,
by the City Council of the City of Fridley.
