RESOLUTION NO. 50 - 1959
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS
THEREOF: (STORM DRAINAGE IN AREA EAST OF
CENTRAL, NORTH OF T. H. # 100)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the
City and the property owners affected
that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, to wit:
a. Storm sewer drainage pipe and appurten-
ances serving the following area:
Bounded by Highway No. 100 on the South
by the east City Limits onthe East; by
Highway No. 65 and Central Avenue on the
west and by Gardenia Avenue on the North.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers,
are hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary
plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of
their estimates of the cats of said improvements, and to
make a preliminary report of their findgins to the Council
not later than at their earliest convenience.
