BE IT RESOLVED, THAT, WHEREAS, personal J
property on household goods, is no longer mandatory, and
WHEREAS, legislation has been passed by
the State Legislature enabling counties to discontinue ;
the tax on household goods, Al
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
Council of the City of Fridley requests the County Board
to take appropriate action to effect the repeal of
personal property tax on household goods.
